Reminds of of the old TV show “Queen for a day” where you have three contestants trying to prove they are more miserable than the other two.

That being said, I’m glad to see they’re back, a bit shabby, but not missing parts or dead.

    The Greater Good
by Jenner. Based on Don’t Dream It’s Over, by Neil Finn (Crowded House)

There is random within. There is random without.
Try to watch the future in a paper cup.
There are battles ahead, maybe hunger or loss
But you’ll never see them coming quite the way that I see in my mind.

Hey now, hey now, don’t dream it’s over
Hey now, hey now, with the teardrops raining
They fall, they fall, to grow a road between us.
    It’s for the greater good.

Now I’m walking on glass. Counting holes in the dark,
Painting victims who shared their possessions through chocolate cake.
And now every eye looks for guidance from high,
But I turn them over to the TV stage.

Hey now, hey now, don’t dream it’s over
Hey now, hey now, with the teardrops raining
They fall, they fall, to grow a road between us.
    It’s for the greater good.

Now I’m marching along. Silver lining ahead.
And I’m welcoming strays to the fold of my arms.
Many carried a load. Many due a reward.
Get to know the feeling of liberation and relief.

Hey now, hey now, don’t dream it’s over
Hey now, hey now, with the teardrops raining
They fall, they fall, to grow a road between us.
    It’s for the greater good.

    Now I’m asking, “Where’s Wally?”.

If he likes baseball so much, he should know when it’s time to step up to the plate…………….. like NOW!

Man, it looks like Holly’s had quite a bit of faith shaken from all this. Poor girls are a wreck! Wally! Come reunite with her! Quickly! (whistles for him)

It looks like she grew whiskers? Couldn’t the press waited until they were cleaned up and “shaved”? That comment about topside practice , Aaron did she know from her own histery or did Linda tell her. They had a lot of time to discuss before, now and now what?
    Blessed Be

Oh No! It has completely broken Holly’s spirit!
She was always a bright spot in everyone’s day. Never had a bad word to say.
This makes me sad, for her. I hope Wally get’s up there and brings her back to her regular mental health.
If she were my daughter, I would make her favorite foods, help her groom herself, and if Wally is MIA, I would go find him and tell him how much she needs him right now.
I just hope he didn’t take off for the topside, because that wouldn’t speak well for his mental health either.
I hope he is there in a few minutes! (Monday)

Looks like the rats may have roughed her up a bit, too…

Fortunately, it looks like I was wrong regarding Jake’s plans to “sacrifice” a Milk Trio or two to make his battle against the HC and the rats look more convincing…

Since she’s a mouse, it is normal for her to have whiskers. That wouldn’t mean anything. I never noticed them before, but they may have been there.
When a rat looks at something new, All it’s whiskers become more , like all whiskers.

At the very least, Holly may be remembering,

A: Linda was a Topsider a little more than four months ago

B: Linda may know Jacob won, and remembers Jacob’s self esteem seminars.

Jacob may have instructed them to play up the horrors.

She looks like she has bruises under her eyes.

My take would be lack-of-sleep bags under her eyes.

Maude … “Our treatment was right out of the TopSider Handbook.

Me: Really, Maude? How is it that you had access to your precious *”Topsider Handbook?"*

And Holly. Those bags under your eyes resemble those of Aaron Marx when he materialized. Did you spend a lot of time with Marx, informing in regards to Jacob as opposed to Octavius, for the better candidate to be Maximum Supreme Leader of NeoBeginningTown?

And just why are Jacob’s special talents going to come in handy. Jacob wanted people to embrace their mutanity. Rabbits are known for burrowing and procreating. I assume most of the adults had a general grounding in basic biology, so Jacob’s special skills as a rabbit could be burrowing.

Perhaps Endtowners High Council was hijacked by TopSiders, and it is time for the residents to hit new exits. If someone had morphed into a Roadrunner, he could just paint an exit and pull it in after him.

I think I’m starting to get it. Aaron Marx foresaw Endtown would become politically polarised into two warring factions that would eventually tear the community apart. He had to remove that polarity by permanently removing its two main drivers. Allgood is eliminated. Jackrabbit will follow. Both have to die.

Notice that Aaron Marx wear white gloves.
