Sure as heck didn’t stop him from saving Al and Gustine.

And he can’t grow anything to replace beans, either.

They don’t know yet that they are in combat with Allgod, woops I misspelled it. Or did I? These comments are going to be educating I think.

Times change. Wonder what the difference would be between then and now…

It could be that there’s no head of security (AKA Flask) for him to command, who can command the rats?

And I suppose waving broken beakers around is adult behavior…

But can he refold a map?
Does he know which came first, the chicken or the egg?
And…most importantly… how do they get the caramel into the caramel bar?

To use the words of a band that otherwise crossed my awareness rather peripherically, I predict a riot.

“Drop that Flask!” And Mallard did
    A long, long time ago
    But happiness, that seemed well-hid
    Is now her daily show

He knew it was “defective,” thus
Was ready, quite, to bust it
Who leads the Rats? Who runs that bus?
And can some rat be trusted?

Some rats are good — our famous Doc
    Is one stellar example
But nasties Endtown has in stock
We’ve seen here quite a sample

Mallard didn’t save Petey, and thus Al and Gustine. That was Flask, who commandeered Mallard’s droid for the purpose.

I think I just came up with the pattern for prime numbers in the same time Mallard did, maybe less. Figuring out how to express it may take a little longer. It involves inequalities and factorials, and Gocomics just reminded me it doesn’t like to post formulas without thinking they’re formatting. Maybe I’ll get around to publishing it some day along with my angle trisection method. Someday.

One more time. It’s a FLASK, not a BEAKER. Look it up.

The former Head of Security decreed that from henceforth every beaker will now be called flask.

It’s good to see it’s groovy to be square.
It’s good to see a battle fought on care.
It’s good to see a problem they can share.
It’s good to see a duck with so much hair.
