Hah. She thought this through. Good answer.

Well, she has enough sense not to get Maude into trouble.

But I still think you’d buy chocolate cake on the BROWN market.

I suspect somehow, though, the birth of this cake is going to sit uneasily in the belly of the Endtown community, starting a brushfire in the manner of the pebble that sets off the avalanche of mixed metaphors.

Hey!! Linda doesn’t get to taste it herself? Boo hiss.

My sister has a recipe for cookies made with oatmeal flour. You run it in the blender until it is powder. Mix with m and ms. Sound good.
I finally found out why I always have the urge to sing “America” every night about this time. My neighbor watches 1930s movies or so.The music is very good and loud. And the radio goes off the air at this time. Wow. I thought I was going music muddled.
Aaron how did the cake taste. Surely you tried it?

    It looks something like this:

Please bid on it or buy the print. Aaron needs the financial help.

Or, if you like real serenading, get this one as a print.

Linda’s final answer is interesting. It was not just for Hopper…sometimes the very act of giving makes us feel better in so many ways..so she benefited from the gesture as well.

..and yes, Maurice will taste that cake..Linda will suddenly find herself the center of attention.

Linda could try to explain … but I doubt the other one(what’s her name again/) would understand.

So Jenner starts a roll of moss
And gives an inch or more
    At metastory, he’s the boss
    But what’s a meta for?

    You’d think that Linda’s coworker
    Would really take the cake
(There is a “cow,” but it’s not her)
For “real food” she must ache

A cake needs egg, as Larson proved
    And often sacrifice
The smell of beans has people moved
This scent must be quite nice

Linda did the right thing. I just hope she doesn’t have problems because of it.
