That would appear to be the wrong answer. But I bet you get to play again tomorrow night.

It’s like it’s a test of some kind. Maybe a cake will unlock the secret.

I shall leave this year greatfully. I got to meet all of you and feel blessed. I still am chuging along. Painfully, but alive and aware. That is a wonderful to greet a new year. May all of yours be happy and prosperous . I love you all.
    Blessed Be

Maybe Trudy is the name of a much loved but long gone wife.

Maybe she looks very close to someone else. If anyone else calls her that we will find out if she may have any relatives

Poor Mr Hopper :( … The old dog’s face in the second panel is remarkable, he looked so wounded and lost…..I think the other waitress is going to fill Linda in, and we’ll get a glimpse of Hopper’s history……and maybe need a hankie to dry our eyes…….Hopefully Linda will seek Mr Hopper out if he doesn’t return the next day. What an interesting character to add to this strip!

With hope, tomorrow will bring an explanation…

Mr. Hopper’s departure past the streetlights reminds me of Aaron Marx’s departure past the streetlights…come to think of it, he seemed eager to explore Endtown with Linda. Will he be reappearing in her life?
