    Could this be Endtown’s backstory?

    Good.
For a minute there I was worried that it might be explicable.

It is a world with royalty, a Duchess in town
The streetlamps familiar, and holes in the ground
As DadOf3 said, for house basements they’re bound
But I’m still left to wonder: Just what’s going down?

It’s not a newspaper, in our current sense
There’s only one page, but enough to convince
The Tiny Tim fellow, and make him quite wince
But so far inexplicable are these events

They are blueprints. Look at them, they are carpenters. Their firm is preparing to build Endtown. We are back before the war. It only makes sense, a place like Endtown HAD to predate the end. Even Mallard wouldn’t have had the wherewithall to have built it all afterwards.

They appear to be so, but is it Endtown or a similar city, built a little higher for full sized people(p4 appears to show a ceiling). They imply many royals.

All the streetlamps are like a few we have. seen in end of the prior arc. Perhaps this is the other side of the war with the team that became topsiders.

Or it could be one of those cities Mallard is in contact with. Or a newly developed community for immunes.

Or perhaps wherever it is, perhaps Flask is going to land here, and with her engineering or physics background, she will diagram the most efficient system for this community. I don’t think this is going to turn into the Flask show.

We could learn more about Pinky, er, Linda and the Brain.

Whatevs, Notice the detail of four fingers and a well drawn nose. Get out and vote for Endtown 2.0(this strip) on topwebcomics. Also Vote for Doc Rat and the older Endtown.

For personal reasons, I really hope the guy with the pipe is not a villain. I grew 19 inches taller since high school, and only gained thirty pounds in the 40 years while I was acquiring normal height. Of course I was barely 16 when I graduated high school.

Look at their feet. They are not immunes.

Yesterdays was interesting, all the bubbles, and this looks like the start of something entirely different! Looks like another good story starting up!

There’s no reference points so we have no sense of scale. There’s no way to know how far off the ceiling is. (“It looks like Endtown, it smells like Endtown…”)
