   Some (intelligence challenged) telemarketer tried to call yesterday and the call STARTED with “please wait for XYZ”. Yeah, right. CLICK!

   I thought I’d heard most of them, but putting a person on hold the moment when they call you is something new.
   .
   I doubt it works well…
