Once upon a time there was a duplex where a young bachelor named Eno and his dog, Fang, shared an ultra-macho haven of beer snacks and male-bonding. Suddenly, their lives turned co-ed when Gina and her poodle, Mitzi, moved into the other half of their building... the question is, who will come out on top in Glenn McCoy’s, The Duplex?

Ew, tattoos. So, gross!!! Why would anyone want to mutilate oneself like that? The connotation of tattoos is low-life loser. Is that the impression you want to make?

Appearance is shallow way to judge virtue.
Diversity, randomness, faults are necessary for evolutionary progress. The future of man is a freak show. Come and see the show!
“Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends
We’re so glad you could attend
Come inside! Come inside!
There behind a glass is a real blade of grass
be careful as you pass
Move along! Move along!
Come inside, the show’s about to start
guaranteed to blow your head apart
Rest assured you’ll get your money’s worth
The greatest show in Heaven, Hell or Earth
You’ve got to see the show, it’s a dynamo
You’ve got to see the show, it’s rock and roll …”
– Lyrics for “Karn Evil 9” by Emerson, Lake and Palmer

a sensible ‘tat’ would be one that wears off in a year or so….
how could one possibly know how one would feel about a permanent image on one’s body forty years from now?
…because eventually, except for a lesser popular alternative, one’s mind and body ARE going to age—and maybe, just maybe one’s mindset will not be the same as when one decided that “tats rule”….
maybe the thought is that one will never age—I used to think so

Bubba Bob will find a “wardrobe infraction” by Eno and ream him for not being a “self-respecting carny”–stay tuned!

Gee I have several Tats and work hard and make a great living for my wife and I, So I guess having tattoos make me a low life does it. Oh and by the way I also wear Kilts as well..

I wouldn’t consider a tattoo “sensible” or “not sensible”. More like a choice which one wants or doesn’t want. Sensible or not sensible would be where you go to get the tattoo!

rmleon check out the newswires about a girl in Belgium who’s suing a Romanian tattoo artist over the tattoo that she got. Story was that She wanted three star tattoos on her face but She “fell asleep” & wound up with 53 star tattoos on her face!!
