MItt’s years of dedicated volunteer service in the military during the Viet Nam era, and his son’s enlistments in today’s “volunteer military” express where his superb knowledge of military, and foreign, affairs comes from.

So does “community organizer” qualify as military experience?

Mitts plan to is to make our military bigger and increase employment that way. Our country already spends more on the military than the next ten largest countries. This is a totally insane waste of resources.

    -
Obama was not of draft age during Viet Nam.
    -
Willard was a big supporter of the war, but ran away instead of serving. He has been a big supporter of every war since, including Iraq. If it were up to him, we’d still have tens of thousands of troops there, and an unknown number killed, maimed, and/or mentally damaged.
    -
Of course, NONE of these would be one of Willard’s sons.
    -
Willard does not even have the courage to state his positions and stick with them.

Actually, the U.S. military does make use of Zeppelins. Well, blimps at least, same difference. They are used as semi-static airborne platforms above installations. They are equipped with up to 500 (!) cameras and provide a 360° field of view for miles and miles. Software watches anything and everything moving or emitting heat. A Taliban fighter trying to sneak up to the fence of a camp will never understand how that white thing in the sky is related to the 20 guys suddenly raising up all around him…

Zeppelins are cool, and with new technology, a feasible mode of transportation as it was in its day.
I would definately take a zeppelin over American Airlines, any day.
    Better food.
