Well, “The Rich” are, after all, the creators of jobs.

So a fireman who makes $100K and his wife the cop who makes $100K between their four jobs are “rich” according to Obama and the Democrats?

^ No, because $100K + $100K = $200K which is less than $250K. While I do not know why the number is arbitrarily set at $250K, I do know that that amounts to less than 2% of the entire American population.

Besides, the average salary for firefighters is about $40,000. For police officers it’s around $50,000.

GOP’s 1st priority: Defeat Obama in 2012. GOP’s 2nd priority: Continue tax cuts for wealthy so their effective tax rate is less than their peon workers. GOP’s 3rd priority: Repay their donors by eliminating more regulations that act as obstacles to being able to abuse the powerless. GOP’s 4th priority: Practice as much graft as possible before voters kick them out for not doing what they promised.

I’ve posted this before, but it is worth showing again: The Global Rich List. Try plugging in $250,000. http://www.globalrichlist.com/index.php In the US, by the way, it’s the top 1.5%.

And if you plug in $50K you’re still in the top 1%. Oh! The unfairness of it all!

    What’s your point?

Are you on a new crusade to redistribute US wealth worldwide?

Liberal answer to poverty? Make everyone equally poor.

CWR – How does slanting the system to widen the income gap HELP?

^ Oh, please! That website wants even the poorest Americans to send money to Uganda. It’s just so unfair that they’re amongst the richest in the World!

That website is all about the worldwide redistribution of wealth. And since the left hasn’t a clue on how to actually increase wealth, the only way to achieve “social justice” is for everyone to be equally poor!

^ Oh please! The income gap between the top few percentiles and the rest of us has been widening for 30 years now. It’s not about redistributing wealth. If the powerful and influential didn’t write (buy) the rules to exempt themselves from the rules that apply to others, the gap would not be widening so dramatically.

Whoever purchases the rule-makers, writes the rules.

Funny how no one has ever demonized JFK, a Democrat President along with The Democrat Controlled Congress for giving The Top 1% a Huge Tax Cut in 1961 when they lowered the Top Tax Rate from 95% down to 75% as well as Taxes for all Americans, yet when The Republicans do the exact same thing, It’s suddenly Taboo? Democrats, please tell me why you support Democrats Giving Huge Tax Cuts to The Rich, yet , you say it’s Taboo for the Republicans to do the same Exact Thing you have done?
