Liberals, when they start with the victim BS you know they’re up to something no good.

Whose starting with the victim bs? Look at the star witness against her. It’s the guy who sued when he felt discriminated against, because of his dyslexia, then sued again when he felt reverse-discriminated against, because of his race.
It’s fun to watch Republicans act concerned about discrimination: “Dear God! She might rule for a Latino person over a white one!”

Copperdome … more dangerous to the repubs yet - a qualified individual who is capable of thinking for herself.

I love the way the elephant is trying to have it both ways- come down on Sotomayor but not offend the Hispanic voters.
nomad2112 said, 4 months ago
We’ll have to wait to see if the Hispanic voters even care. They may actually look at her record which is what the Libs fear the most.

So making one bad decision the supreme court disagrees with disqualifies you from higher office?
How the bleeep did Cheney get in then?

wittyvegan, and actually I believe the Supreme Court acknowledged that its ruling in the Ricci case was setting a new standard so Sotomayor’s circuit court’s judgment did follow existing precedent.
