    I bet that’s an old tire. Chickens will pick through a garbage pile. My Grandpa used to throw out the potato peels and other food waste in the “chicken lot” for the chickens to pick at.

    Think it’s just a play on the rest of the “garbage” in disarray, the chickens are out of place as well so maybe we’ve got a farmyard? SEC hasn’t troubled itself with any action for the last 10-12 years I think is the gist of it, and keeping up with the news is just too much trouble (Madoff? Who?).
