Silly family antics and goofball humor, the Drabble family tickles readers' funny bones with outrageous antics. Kevin Fagan's lighthearted family strip chronicles the zany mishaps of his offbeat characters, especially goofball college student Norman Drabble and his donut-eating father Ralph. One of the best-loved families in the comics, the Drabble clan also includes smart younger brother Patrick, precocious little sister Penny, and June, the Drabble matriarch best known as "Honeybunch."
From Norm's relentless pursuit of his dream girl to Ralph's hilarious power struggles with Oogie the cat, Drabble is always full of witty, wacky and wonderful humor. The genuine love that keeps the Drabbles from driving each other crazy makes it one of the best family comic strips around, and the loony things they do make it one of the funniest.

Perfect example of a win-win situation. Oogie got to annoy Ralph, and Wally got chips.

That’s just what I thought…though what the cat gets out of it I don’t know.

Group effort. What does the cat get in return?

@Terri Brittingham
I would suspect, not being chased…

A dachshund dies and is reborn every time it finishes eating something, so it actually hasn’t hada bite of food in its life.

It is called “mutual symbiosis” like when badgers and coyotes work together to get food.

They may be so soft and cuddly but when they’re in your lap and wash your arm and then chomp down, they’re not cute! You get the upper hand when they think they’re holding down your arm until they bite down and you swat them. Ever seen a cat look surprised and perplexed?

Night-Gaunt: Symbiosis is always mutual, where both get an advantage. You’re thinking of commensalism, where one gets an advantage, but the other is unaffected.
