   Why do potatoes come in only two sizes, GREAT BIG HUGE ONES at ‘bulk club’ (to remain nameless based in Washington State) and little tiny ones at the local grocery store??

    Ever shop at Gelson’s in Newport Beach, CA? They wrap each perfectly sized Russet potato in brown paper. It’ll cost ya, though.

    Don’t worry about the size of the potato, even though they are all starch they contain no fat. About 5 carbs/ounce and only fattening if you add a lot to them. I like them raw with salt.
