I’ve heard jokes about ice cubes being an organic, vegan, and gluten-free meal. I have to point out, though, that fruits and veggies are gluten free, vegan, and delicious if prepared properly. A large salad of pears, grapes, bananas, and melon is delicious and satisfying. Similarly, celery and peanut butter is satisfying and healthy.
Also, Oreos are vegan. Just putting that out there.
