By the laws of your state, you can keep the P but the twins will get the H and the D.

PhD in CS/EE is more similar to my BsC in CS with MicroComputer concentration, tons of math, physics, and electrical engineering in addition to the regular CS classes.

Basically its three, three, three degrees in one.

    I bet female PhDs in EE/CS aren’t a dime a dozen yet.

Proud mother: “She’s a doctor! But not the kind that helps people.”

And even fewer female PhDs in EE/CS with an MIT degree.

I’m waiting to see Alex’s mother’s reaction. While her mother-in-law might be rude and crude, she cares. Her real mother, on the other hand, is the ultimate b__ch.

You should try a PhD in History… that’s why I work in the IT field as a database administrator. Professors hang around at the university until they die at age 90, literally, taking up slots that us youngsters at age 53 could fill

The highest degree awarded by a university is the PhD, not the MD.

I’m not a real Doctor, but I’ve been called Doc for so many years I’m more likely to respond to that than my real name

Has she done her oral defense yet?

Either way, it’s good she got this done before the babies come.

You’re just saying that to stir up the hornets’ nest, right? Most people here understand, some of us from actual experience, that a PhD IS a real doctor, and often involves much more work than an MD does.
