   Women aren’t superior to men, just different. And individuals come in all shapes, sizes and temperments. Depends on who is in what circumstances when.

   After over 30 years in mfg, I have to say that my experience is that women in groups get things done. They tend to get more accomplished because they listen to everyone in the group, come to a consensus and then implement the plan. Of course, women doing the organizing, planning and execution in mfg is rare, but it does happen :-)

    Women have proven themselves to be more intelligent, emotionally. An old friend of mine found a passage in the Kabbalah about how women cry more, because they understand the world better.

    How many times do women notice the emotional state of those around them, compared to men? My wife is always amazed that I know so little about my coworkers’ private lives.
