   I thought that Jeff was beginning to believe his own BS, and Overkill is even worse. Jeff will make a fine office boy as long as they keep him away from the firearms.

   Whatever quirks Napoleon Bonaparte and Adolf Hitler had, they probably weren’t a result of their heights. Historians generally agree Bonaparte’s height was about 5’ 6” (give or take an inch); about average for Frenchmen of his day. Hitler’s height was 5’ 9”; again, about average for his time.

    Heh, as if guys Overkill’s height could GET into the military (short of being an Air Force pilot) in Nam. Not that Jeff’s bright enough to figure that out, of course.

    Ravenswing: oh no, they took anybody to be their on-the-ground cannon fodder in ‘Nam. All pilots (including AF) have a height requirement because of the way the planes are designed. Elite combat troops also have a height requirement because of this - in case they have to take over flying a plane.

    Corzak: I’m thinkin’ Trudeau has become aware of someone who’s real good at dishing out what he can’t take.

    randgrithr, elite combat troops only take over flying the plane in movies. In real life if something happened to the pilot the elite combat troop would only be able to “fly” the plane to the crash site. Thats the problem with most of the people posting here. They see the movies and GT portray the CIA as a bunch of Col. Flagg from MASH types and belive it is so. If the CIA was as bumbling as you all think wouldn’t Obama, Clinton or Carter have got rid of them?

    The A-4 “Skyhawk” McCain flew required short pilots, because the limited cockpit space required a 6’ tall “glamour boy” pilot had to about bend double to fly it. Short doesn’t dictate courage potential.

    But as with the “Red Rascal’s” exploits, I suspect Overkill Systems is run by another “stolen valor” wannabe, with the homicidal tendencies that go along with desertion, when “quitting under threat of fire” becomes a liability for political or economic gain.
