Yes, there is a similarity in head traumas suffered by various people.
The head trauma I sustained due to being assaulted from behind and hit in the side of and back of my head several times is somewhat similar to what football players and boxers have gotten.
It just doesn’t take me that long to talk between being asked a question and my answering it. I say that buying a computer and getting on the internet helped restore a lot of my memory.
Yesterday, I was attempting to tell the complex manager and maintenance man who sang “It Never Rains in California” on the Mickey Mouse Club when I was a teenager. I tried to think of for whom Leo Carrillo, the singer, was the TV series sidekick.
While that is the title of the song, in the lyrics is “It never rains in California; it pours.”
Joe Allen Doty– I recently read an article that claimed role-playing video games actually help people who have had head injuries regain some of their lost function. Something to do with engaging multiple parts of the brain. If that’s true, then you are probably right about the computer!

The TV series was “The Cisco Kid.”

Joe Allen Doty: Hey Cisco! Hey Pancho!
Duncan Renaldo was Cisco, Leo Carrillo was Pancho.
And let’s not forget boxing in the head trauma department.
