The fourth panel is cut off here for some reason. The roommate has one more line in my newspaper copy:
“Oh. Now I see it! Around the eyes, right?”

Another Trudeau attempt to be clever.

ANandy says:
Another Trudeau attempt to be clever.
If you don’t like Trudeau, why read him?

If you open the image you can see the last line.

“…attempt to be clever”? Oh, please.
This is satire, not some piddling “cleverness.” If Garry Trudeau isn’t a genius, he’ll do until a genius comes along.

tigernest and pswampson, Anandy is one of the ‘hater” denizens who reside over at State of the Union. someone mentioned Doonesbury today there in comments and referred to it as a liberal site, so apparently, he had to come over and leave his deposit on the carpet.

Someone is very thin-skinned. A character named Wile E. Coyote was a “genius” of the same genre.

All I needed to know about Anandy I learned when I clicked his Avatar for a better look. Obama with a 666 on his forehead speaks volumes for his attitude. His hate isn’t just confined to SOTU. He’s left his angry little deposits around quite a bit. It’s going to be a long four years for some people, and the more they spew the more I hope it’s eight.

Followed by eight more for another democrat. We need to give the neocons a chance to choke to death on their own bile, so that they can’t screw things up this badly again as soon as we finally get the deficit paid down and find ourselves in the black… like we were in 2001.

Considering the political or religious intensity of some of the posts I have read for some of the comics, I wonder if some of these people realize that at least in the USA there are hate speech laws and some posters appear to have come real close to that line where guys wearing dark suits and sunglasses and having no sense of humor, show up at their door and start asking questions. Disagreements and even rudeness is one thing, but threats are quite another. Not that there are any threats on here today, thankfully.
