   Who was it that first proposed that nobody willing to run for elected office should be allowed to hold office? Maybe we need to reinstate Selective Service, and include the legislative, executive and judicial branches. Can you imagine a Supreme Court of draftees with a maximum 6 year term limit? Little slice of heaven.

   And with only partial payment of salary with the remainder paid upon completion of their term commensurate with good job performance or at least no big boo boos that couldn’t be straightened out along the way.
