Palin won’t ever drop out. It’s more likely that the “Christian” right wing will force McCain to drop out so that they can select a candidate who can play Hitler to Palin’s Himmler.

Come on, Roger, don’t sugar-coat it. Give it to us straight.

OK, so I used a teeny bit of hyperbole, but that (expletive deleted) scares me.

More likely that they will wait until after the election to have McCain “retire” for health purposes. Palin is like Bush - likeable, naive, and controllable. As soon as she starts asking her collegues what to do next, they will tell her. “Bring back Rove and Cheney.”

The Democrats should not mince words. Sarah Palin believes that a woman should be forced to bear her rapists’ child, and the Democrats should say so.

They should make it very clear just how extreme this nutjob is.

Under Sharia, when a woman is raped, a male relative kills HER. In the West we kill the baby, the only person even more innocent than the rape victim herself. Why can’t we kill the rapist, instead?

A fetus is not a baby. If you’re going to argue against abortion rights, at least do it honestly.

geeknerd - If the justice system could be trusted definitively to ascertain that the defendant was in fact guilty of the rape (or murder, or whatever else), perhaps capital punishment should be an option. However, there have been too many death-row cases reversed on appeal, or by new evidence, for many of us to believe capital punishment is acceptable.

And since I am not female, I do not feel that I have the right to require a woman to carry an unwanted fetus to term, regardless of the legal circumstances of its conception.

DNC is only dreaming that wishful thought. If they could the DNC would be screaming foul. Instead they are just crying they blew it with Biden.
