   Wait, why is Smokey crying?

   Smokey the Bear doesn’t cry, bleeep it! The closest he comes to crying is that look of gruff, but profound sadness that he gets when he sees you carelessly tossing aside matches in the forest. You know, the way he looks just before he rips your lungs out.

   I have very strong opinions about Smokey the Bear.

   Why does Smokey the bear have side burns? I also like how Barstow’s rendering of eyebrows is the same approach as her drawing breasts

    mmmm…..the only thing I can come up with is:
    You can’t stop crazy arsonists
    You can’t stop all the careless smokers
    You can’t do more than the local fire dept
    You can’t do more than the whole of the US Forest Service
    I have no way to connect Gov’t bailouts.
    So I’m wondering if the message is “You can’t do Jack about forest fires”- Not at all positive feedback but its the only way I’ve thought of to tie them together.

    It would probably help if we had a map, a guide dog, and a Ouija board -then we might find the message.

    Ohh… It’s one of those sets of things where everything in it is different. Those are useful.
