I’m really strongly with Dale on this one. You go to college for an education not a vocation. If you want a vocation, get an apprenticeship program going (which, IMHO, is not a bad idea at all)>

Apprenticeship programs are vastly underrated. A plumber can make as much as a doctor if he (or she) plays his cards right.

I am a journeyman ironworker and also have a math degree. I choose to build. I will teach if disabled. I also have a small farm. Fact is… I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up. I will grow old finding out.
