Babies and puppies are both quite cute, but underneath the soft, cuddly exteriors lie the fearsome hearts of competitors. Well, not really. When a new baby joins the household, Sophie the dog is initially irritated, but eventually comes to see the baby, Doug, as the asset he is: a better way to get snacks. Though the baby is still hogging precious attention, and has a tendency to pull ears and be a general nuisance, a begrudging friendship forms between the two rivals. Watch the mischief unfold in Brian Anderson’s Dog Eat Doug.

Where’s Sophie? She should have a front seat for this.

If anybody knows where I can read Raising Duncan, let me know. comics.com is down for the count and I miss that little Scottie.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who can’t get to commics.com.
I thought it was a problem with my computer…firewall or what ever.
If you look at some of the other sites that might have Peanuts or Marmaduke, there was no weekend editions for those commics. The last one was Friday.

I had a little grey schnoodle, Clarke, he looked like a drowned rat when I gave him a bath… I miss him.

comics.com has been down since Saturday. There is a fix suggested over at Big Top on pg 2 of the comments, but it didn’t work for me. Might for someone else though.
Edit: The fix finally worked for me. I also had to type 64.58.142.26 into the address bar instead of the name.

I had a carine terrier that looked like that when I gave him a bath. missed that little dog. Now got a bigger dog (border collie mix) and he has had 3 baths in the last 3 days. Got skunked on Sat morn. :(

Oh good. I get my comics.com comics by email and have been wondering the same thing. Fortunately, most of the comics I read there can be found here as well.

For those of you wondering about the comics.com site, there are some interesting tips that may work for you on the BC strip site @ GoComics. Look for comments made by CoBass.
For me, just typing in “comics.com” in the address bar worked. It may work for you as well.

Sophie knows better than to laugh, because she knows she’s next
I am a Member of Comics.com.
I let them know they’re site was down Saturday and Sunday. I received a response today, they were updating their website. I kept mu Comics link form Saturday and Sunday and read them today before reading today’s strips.
Comics.com has many of the same comics as here, however, many of their comics are in color daily. Plus the site is Free!
It’s simple to signup and select the comics you want.
