With the all coal that Burl would get he’d get rich as an Energy Provider.

Ooh .. a decorated baggie full of sparkly bottle caps, labeled “Chair Coasters.”

Joy’s been watching those crafts shows for children on PBS in the afternoon.

Wait till she dicovers it’s even cheaper to make egg carton and pipe cleaner caterpillars for presents, and just paint them green with tempura.

Joy is cheap and Burl is a self-centred twit. They deserve each other.

It’s on her “TO_DO” list, so I’d guess affirmative (OH, you said “USED” ones. LOL! That occurred to me too, knowing the Penny’s.

I wash and reuse many for myself, but would never use to take anything to a friend’s house.

Zip lock bags with glitter glued on, what a generous gift. Joy probably will use 2nd hand bags that deli meat came in, cross out the price or cover it up with sprinkles or glitter. These morons are the epitome of stupidity and cheap.

Maybe she’ll try to make something, like ‘truffles’. You can buy the chocolate and nuts in the dollar store (and margarine is a lot cheaper than butter). mix it up, roll out icky little balls of manhandled sticky chocolate, give out three per glittery ziplock bag. If any are left over, that is. ICK! I keep telling a friend of mine, do not make that sh*t. No one wants your ‘home-made candy’, we know where and how you live.

One minute crafts made sleazy is more like it Joy. If I got a gift from Joy and Burl, I would want it to be a homemade craft, it would give me great pleasure to throw it in the fireplace some weekend and watch it burn.

A home made gift from Jerry would be covered with as much hair as glitter in the glue, kind of a fuzzy look.

I don’t think Dale has the smarts to do a craft project, and Verl will have to hire her handyman to help, kind of a nice bonus for her, and she will gladly pay the overtime so he stays well into the evening.

So a “Kindly Gramma Mouse” doorstop made from a 64 oz plastic soda bottle, filled with sandbox play sand (to give it weight & heft to hold said door open/closed) and some cobbled together clothes and glue-on “facial features” would outwegh, say, a $1000 necklace and/or earrings from the jewelry store, Verl? (Like THAT"S gonna happen on their planet anyway).
