   If they watch the tape when they get home, they’ll be missing today’s weather. This is a very, very tough conundrum. I just don’t know what they will do.
   Maybe if they have the recorder set to record only the “8’s” they can get the reports, and they can watch that during the commercials on the Weather Channel which are, thoughtfully, plentiful just to allow that sort of thing. A lot of people have this same problem. The snowbirds down here have to go back to three months worth of weather.
   I’m forgetting that this is just a cartoon, am I not? Hope I can remember to delete this comment after I post it..

   Finally (after many years of readership), this one was a bit hard to believe - until I observed the group intelligence being displayed at the town meetings on health care.
