The Sonic Obliterator technology has fallen into the wrong hands (paws?)! Dilbert, you naive bad boy, what have you done?

I kind of agree with this. The decision is based on perception, not reality. The reality is, stop and frisk made street crime plummet. Unfortunately it was only applied in neighborhoods where street crime is skyrocketing, predominantly Black and Hispanic, which became a “race” issue to some. The Chief of Police’s orders were not based on race though. Cops were ordered to target anyone who fit the profile of standing around on street corners idly in the manner Drug Dealers or Gang Bangers might, in areas where the crime rate is high. Nothing in those orders sounds racial to me. Although I’m sure there were mistakes, nobody can argue with the results.

Well, apparently Judge Shira Scheindlin can, but not many others.

I really liked that joke by Jakov Smirnoff:

“I go to New York and I saw a big sign saying ‘America Loves Smirnoff’ and I said to myself, what a country!”
