    “You may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

    re: linux

    The Lord originally intended for men and women to be partners. Then both sinned and part of the resulting curse was that men would rule over women but women would always be trying to dominate him:
    .
    “…Yet your desire will be for your husband,
    And he will rule over you.” Gen 3:16

    The Bible according to Dilbert…. The snake-tie is a winner, for sure. Eve is already practiced in the art of beguilement even before the Fall.

    As Robert Pirsig so famously wrote: “When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called Religion.”

    @bhinkle

    ran across one in my searching days. mission statement was: world peace through individual happiness. chant for what you want, get selfish. i found it refreshing. happy people don’t seem to need conflict.
