Skip, Omn cannot. He’s just angry at the other 90% of the world that is better informed and processes that information better.
What his comment has to do with this strip, is a stretch.
I just wonder how convinced Dilbert’s friends will be – when a guy in his shorts says how wonderful a hypnosis lesson is. Me, I’d be cautious.

What would happen if hypnotized a woman and got her to take her clothes off? A Warrant was issued for a man who hypnotized women in to disrobing film at 11.
