    Being pleasant to toll collectors is unnormal?
    I see it as an opportunity to brighten my own day AND someone else’s.
    But then, that’s just me.

    The only eccentricity I see for Dilbert in this situation is that the toll is $1.00 and he’s worried he might not have the “exact change.”
