That’s why they invented super titles. Because you can’t understand the words.

Heavy Metal and Opera are two opposites, of the same coin..
Both sound much better than country western..

heavy metal and opera arent opposites at all. a lot of heavy metal has classical/operatic influences and makes use of operatic singers.

I like both, though not necessarily at the same time. Dogbert got no class.

You are absolutely so correct, yep.
I watched the CMA awards and not one “Bleep”, a respectful bunch of artists, appreciative of their fans.
I have seen parts of the MTV (Mindless Television) Awards, bleep. the bleepity bleepers. I got so tired of not hearing what was going on , I switched out.
So, yeah, the crop of The Rock Class, has none. nor do you.
And FYI, I don’t really care for C/W, I prefer Classic- Rock, Classical and Opera.
Anything after about 1985, and it all gets whiny and crybaby bitchy, especially HM.

Very insightful, Dogbert! But I prefer opera to most heavy metal, since the sub- or super-titles make it intelligible, unlike heavy metal lyrics.

@ewalnut
Both at the same time?
Heavy Metal Rock Opera!
Been there; done that; got the T-shirt.

My partner and I go through this frequently. He’s into heavy metal and I’m more into opera. Maybe there isn’t such a difference after all.

Opera would be great if it weren’t for the singing. The only opera recording I own is an anthology titles Opera Without Words.
The last time I heard country and western music, I could feel my IQ going down – almost as bad as putting on a blonde wig.

Dude, shut up. You don’t have to go around critisizing other people to get your point across( which is what losers and jerks do)
