Here is something that a LOT of fans have been asking for!

    Good morning all…

The Asp and Punjab are here. Can Oliver Warbucks be far behind?

It may seem funny that Diet Smith wouldn’t have had Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks’ number, but they may have been competitors in the past.

    Good morning, VB.

Wonder if Annie will have a cameo?

That will make for a great Sunday strip…“Daddy” Warbucks and “Poppa” Smith on Fathers’ Day!

Wonder if Staton and Curtis will have Tracy help rescue Annie from Guatemala….

That entered my mind but I fear that unless Annie’s plight is solved, we will not see her (or Sandy).

Oh boy! Oh boy! Here comes Daddy! My only complaint (and I’m willing to suppress it) is that these aren’t the “classic” versions of the Asp and Punjab that I would have preferred to these modernized interpretations…. For Harold Gray’s Punjab and Asp (and also the acceptable Leonard Starr version), see the strips included with this essay.
