   Of course they’re concerned about Tracy, but as we learned last week they’re trying to keep his disappearance quiet to keep any egg off their face. The chief and the mayor want it that way. I also think Wendy puts the “witch” in Wichel…

   Uh-oh. Pesky Wendy has blown their cover, so to speak. Maybe now the PD can put more resources into an open search for the missing Chief of Detectives (?!) Tracy!

    What does “Mr. Crime’s numerous records” mean? Sounds as if they have Mylar’s computer but it seems they still don’t know his identity.

    The on-going appearance of a Female Mayor, continues to puzzle me (?)
    Had got the impression that the Team was regarding Tracy’s City as a - “thinly veiled” version of Chicago. (?)
    As I understand it, little, modest steps have been taken to achieve this. The design of the HQ building was adjusted to reflect the image of the one in Chicago.
    The name Major Crime Squad - has been adjusted to conform to The Major Crime Unit - the technically correct name used in Chicago. And the change had been aptly reflected ON the group’s coffee cups
    .
    There was even a recent remark (one of dissapointment), that no one seemed to NOTICE that the recent ATM robbery attempt had occured - “in the Loop” - apparently a signature name of sorts, for downtown Chicago, (mind you, everyone’s attention was understadably distracted from that ’ trivia ’, by the stunning apperance of someone looking exactly like ** Moon Maid !*

    Within this ’ reality ’ effort , I thought The strip’s new Mayor (Patton’s boss) might have had an appearance more closely resembling *Rahm Emanual**, the real Chicago Mayor, elected last year (?)
    . . . rather than a less recognizable female ??
