    Fearless_ Fosdick expects to see a fingerprint report (he never will) - Locher forgot about that already.

    While, I see Tracy looking down and focusing on some “boobs”. (Perhaps he’s thinking, I’ll use the Matrix pack to change that Jay Leno face ?)

    I believe that many years ago, Locher as an apprentice to Chester Gould was chewed out for poor and sloppy artwork. It has been fermenting for these many years and with age has transformed into “Locher’s Revenge” and is a deliberate act of destroying forever… Gould’s “Dick Tracy” “It’s Happened” the strip has been murdered,, it’s dead!.

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but they’re not making it up as they go. The Sunday strip is roughly following the same storyline, and that’s difficult to keep synced. The deadline for the Sundays is about 12 weeks in advance, but the deadline for the dailies is about 6 weeks. That’s why most cartoonists don’t even bother trying to incorporate the Sunday strip in the storyline.

    Long story short, it’s all planned out in advance from start to finish. Sorry, I think it’s deliberate.

    Okay, okay… the pig in a wagon is the number after the grumpy elephant with Wonder Woman… but the show stopped and it kept outside wondering how long will it take untill it gets the crowd cheers ( ^ _ ^ )

    HEY ! YEE GODS ! Mattie sounds like the Woodstock sound Cryer. SOMETHING BIG ! No doubt to tell us how great Locher is (?) While all the contradicting evidence piles up like “loads” from Special Agent Dumbo.

    This is the 3rd or 4th time he’s back ?? Only six days ago after almost swearing that he doesn’t read the board, blasting GoComicc to shreds (I’d rather NOT “repeat” the actual “language” here) Ripping UP poor Judy H as a distasteful fraud who should be “banned” for LIFE (and he “requested” that she be) then, not satisfied, calling his fellow posters here “MINIPHALICKS”, who he accused of taking “personal” shots at him and Dick Locher, And those in charge doing nothing about it. (in Mattie’s world HE can fire the shots, YOU can’t)

    His name is “Matthew P. Hansel”, and for a long time i’ve wondered just what the “P” stood for in this erratic young man ? Many “descriptive” words came to mind, but it’s not all that bad, it’s PICA - Matthew PICA Hansel. The Latin word for “BIRD”. Hence his understandable love for “birds” and in particular his favorite the Magpie.

    This inspired an adaptation of a Nursery Rhyme. See it below

    “Barb Els” is a play on a woman who is a body builder. She doesn’t look like a gorilla. She looks more like a man in drag.

    Most women bodybuilders have breasts that look like men’s pecs.

    Hutch, most people come here to laugh at the postings. Often they can’t help themselves and post some sort of mocking comment of their own, which perpetuates the downward spiral.

    Not me though. I think Dick Tracy is hot and cheaper than viagra.

    Mattie’s back, as four and twenty Magpies are starting up to CRY
    For when the board was opened, the birds would feel HIS sting.
    It was October 4 and Mattie P’s jus’ “shouting”, messages from the KING
    King Locher pushed for rough “accounting”, with Jeffery strong supporting
    “No false witness” EVER on the board, enforcer Mattie’s here for “clouting”
    Judy in the Garden hanging Mattie clothes,
    Down came Chief Magpie Mattie, pecking off her nose - “banned” forever - NO more “revealing” prose !

    On 10/4/09 Mattie will become the 21st Century version of Chester Gould. I think he’s going to be involved in the strip in some way. The comments after that should be mighty interesting.

    You know, it really would be better if TMS just started rerunning Gould’s work. Mind you, the comments would not be nearly so entertaining. But I do get to feeling bad, since Locher and Borzman have families and it’s gotta be embarrassing, to have a daily parade of people saying their work is shite. Mind you, they could work harder at making it good….

    What a novel way to transition into another life for Tracy’s strip! Here, Tracy is giving some serious thought to giving Barb a first-class groping by pretending to do a pat-down search. He gets arrested, hauled in by Teevo, and charges filed on him. THEN, Mattie takes the helm! I’ve seen Mattie’s work, as many of us have. It’s not bad at all. At least, Mattie doesn’t share the perversion with Tracy, keeping it all for himself. If Mattie takes over, it would breathe new life into Tracy. He’ll re-start the story with Tracy making giant strides searching for evidence, including cavity searches, elephant first.

    I’m just hanging around waiting for the strip to be taken off life support and the funeral to take place. It’s like the passing of a terminally ill beloved friend. It breaks your heart to see them go, but it is a relief to see their suffering end.
