   Fifth posting of this msg. today on this topic.
   Having used Fox News as a reference recently, I feel less guilty than usual for suggesting readers go to Dailyshow.com and watch the first 15 minutes of Wednesday night’s show.
   Mr. Stewart’s comedy was forced as he presented a compelling story about the NRA and the ATF. I spent an hour after watching the show and was able to confirm most of it from objective sources. I am angry that I have to hear this information from a comedy show when its importance on the debate raging in Congress is so immediate.
   I have always tried to use objective sources when making my points and ask that you be patient with me this one time. I would not waste your time if I didn’t find this info so compelling.
   I will copy and paste this msg where the cartoon is appropriate. I’m going to play with my grand baby tomorrow and have to pack.

   All from the front page of Stewart’s web site………..“The Best F#@king News Team Ever”, “The top ten from a top correspondent – in human and puppet form – on his last day” “the White House rebuffs a petition to build a Death Star”,” French voters were given the choice of a diminutive, middle-aged establishment bureaucrat with an implausibly hot wife or a diminutive, middle-aged socialist bureaucrat with an implausibly hot girlfriend”. “It’s like if a golden retriever tried to mate with a Chihuahua”…………And Dem and Libs want to be viewed as Relevant……….I think not.

   You’re right. The information I want folks to see is being hidden under a pile of rubbish. But sometimes you have to pick through the junk to find what you’re looking for. Your disgust is warranted Onguard, but the story on how the ATF has been neutered by the NRA and its supporters is backed up by other sites, just not as brief or concise.
   Please understand, I do consider Mr. Stewart to be the Will Rogers/Samuel Clemens of this age, and sadly, all the coarse humor that goes with it. I personally find many truths mixed in with the sarcasm. But I just as I find Fox News to be a biased, deceitful lobbying arm for Rupert Murdoch’s agenda, one he currently seems to share with conservatives, i understand why conservatives would look at The Daily Show in the same light, that is why I apologize.,
   I apologize for not being able to find a site with all of the info.
   presented on the show as succinctly as it was on the Daily
   Show.

   The Daily Show pretends to be news. And so do all the non-FOX media. Only the latter should hang for treason. Had they done their jobs, Lord Ears would never have been elected.
