BTW, David Frum and Richard Perle have words for Ima: The only way to win the “War on terror” is to borrow more and increase debt" in a good conservative cause. AEI: your master baiter organization.

   Because we know how poorly Roosevelt fared, and how Canada, Norway, Sweden were all the worst hit of nations,

   Iceland on the other hand liberalized its banks and made them free enterprise, sold off national resources and reduced regulation, it was by far the hardest hit Nordic country in the recession

   Conservatism did rescue Obama however ,it won him the election

   What I never understood is the discrepancy between the word and what it now stands for. Conservatism contains “to conserve”. But are they conserving nature? Natural resources? Infrastructure? Civil rights? The educational system? The American Spirit?

   It’s just false advertising. The same goes for Neo-Con. Here in Germany we aren’t fooled by names anymore, we look these people in the eyes, we listen to what they say, we extrapolate their politics and then we label them as what they truly are: fascists!

   Conservatism did not rescue Obama. It was politics of division. We are no longer one nation. We are women only concerned with abortion, blacks, gays and insert any group that they can keep from becoming part of the “melting pot” that the founders envisioned. That is how he won.

    ‘war on terrorism’, ‘war on drugs’, etc… is a lie. war can ONLY be fought between STATE (read that as country) actors. terrorism is not a country/state, it is a tactic. therefore you can not have war against a tactic. republican rhetoric is such a wonderful thing.
