Deep Cover’s unique style of provocative political satire has won it a loyal following. Using an unusual mini-movie storytelling format, recovering lawyer Tim Eagan punctures pompous personalities, deflates bloviators, and attempts to shine light where it is most needed. This outrageous strip appears in mainstream and alternative West Coast papers and has been described as "Tom the Dancing Bug meets Ted Rall."

These cheerleaders aren’t much to look at, either.

Oh gosh, there is going to be a firestorm of comments here today. I’ll just quietly tiptoe away.

@rmacprivate
There may well be a firestorm but it will be impossible even for the paid trolls the GOP sends to deny that the positions stated are exactly those of todays GOP

I’m tired of being insulted by this leftist cartoon. I’ve just unsubscribed. The rest of you can continue repeating the propaganda you’ve absorbed. (Of course you can comment, but I won’t be coming back to read them.)

Although I’m so far to the left that I’ve bumped into a wall, I’ll miss you pschearer. It’s a cartoon, not a personal insult.

@ronald rini I guess it would depend on how much they earned. Of course most of them probably didn’t earn their income by gutting companies and throwing people out of work and then moving their profits overseas. So maybe the percentage of “blood Money” taxed should be higher. As usual with TB’s, simple answers to complex questions.

PSchearer is right this bile is very low brow. Typical of the parasites that have learned to bite the hand that feeds them. The reason Romney’s comment on the 47% was so provocative was because it rung with the sting of truth; we now live in a republic that has a near majority of people dependent on the government. It is sad that many of this 47% don’t want a hand up they just want their hand out.
If we keep growing the re-distribution of income and wealth we are doomed to become another historic blip of power that imploded under its own complacency and stupidity. Socialism is a wonderful idea until you run out of other people’s money.
Obama wants to raise corporate taxes, he wants to raise taxes on the 2%; but what most fail to see is he will eventually raise taxes on everybody to satisfy is thirst for government control. There is literally hundreds of billions of corporate investment dollars that are fleeing the US because of anti-business regulations and taxation. There is none so blind as those that will not see…sad.
