Deep Cover’s unique style of provocative political satire has won it a loyal following. Using an unusual mini-movie storytelling format, recovering lawyer Tim Eagan punctures pompous personalities, deflates bloviators, and attempts to shine light where it is most needed. This outrageous strip appears in mainstream and alternative West Coast papers and has been described as "Tom the Dancing Bug meets Ted Rall."

And Obama will blame someone else.

Actually polls show that people have finally wised up and know that the Republicans are responsible for the “Fiscal Cliff” and will hold Republicans to blame if the U.S. goes over it.
Pres Obama ran and won on raising the rate on the rich to 39.7%. Ronmey/Republicans ran and lost on cutting taxes on the 1%.
The “Fiscal Cliff” is a Win-Win for Pres Obama. Avoid it and Pres Obama gets to raise the rate to 39.7 on the 1% just like he promised to during the election. Go over the “Fiscal Cliff” and voters know it was because Republicans chose the tax cuts for the 1% over the tax cuts for the 99%.
Elections have consequences.

The only problem with other people’s money Badto Thebone is that it runs out and that’s the Fiscal Cliff we’re headed to caused by Obama’s robbing from the rich give to the lazy mentality. Just a thought. Besides the rich don’t get the tax breaks pretty much everyone else does and almost everyone else gets a tax refund every year in excess of the taxes they’ve paid so the rich are already paying the poor.

Well since the some of the rich stole from the working people. Who are your calling lazy chump? Part of the problem is that the 0.0006% if the 1% are behind part of our problem to begin with. (By manipulating the laws and law makers to give them money that should have gone to the workers etc…) I and 80% of the people demand that the rich start paying what they owe. I’d say lets go back up to 72% tax on the wealthy and all they own for a start. Stop our GWOT and reduce our over sized imperial military to defend this country only not to threaten the world by 90%.

Nathaniel. Nothing to do with it. The fiscal cliff is an outcome that the GOPers don’t like that is the obviously inevitable result of GOPer legislation. They need to man up and own their own asinine behavior that was not intended to accomplish anything but to cause problems for the President.

For THIS President, anyway. They certainly let (encouraged) Dubdie go any way Cheney/Rove/Rummy wanted, didn’t they? THIS sort of Republican is why I no longer am. And, FWIW? I’m not looking back with regret.

If I remember correctly England has an almost 90% tax on the rich and they seem to be alright…
Archimedes said, 6 months ago
@Rhadamanthus

Yes they do, and believe you me, you ain’t seen nothing yet when it comes to the consequences the American people are going to pay for re-electing Obama.
