Deep Cover’s unique style of provocative political satire has won it a loyal following. Using an unusual mini-movie storytelling format, recovering lawyer Tim Eagan punctures pompous personalities, deflates bloviators, and attempts to shine light where it is most needed. This outrageous strip appears in mainstream and alternative West Coast papers and has been described as "Tom the Dancing Bug meets Ted Rall."

And at some point we’ll notice it’s no longer a free country.

just so you know, the gun didn’t belong to the black guy, they let him hold it for a photo-op. other than that, you can bet that these “free-speechers” have never worried about being sick or getting injured and not having insurance.i know that i never did when i was younger and invincible. by the time i got insurance i realized what a tightrope i had been walking.

How much money do we have to overpay the insurers for it to feel like a taxcut?

Yeah, cause there was only the one guy in the whole country carrying a gun at any of the health care town halls, and it was that one black guy. Now I remember.

frustrating that the vile lies are actually believed…..
frustrating and discouraging…..
wave your flags, flash your guns , hurl your insults…you’re working for the health care industry and don’t even know it

Yeah, I remember that one black guy plus the other white guys with guns too. Anybody that thinks the white supremasts aren’t out there in force is out to lunch. The Nazi signs all of it are an incitement to violence against our president and I, for one, do not want them to get away with it. I remember JFK and Bobby Kennedy and MLK. ENOUGH!!

Mao Tse-Tung said “All political power comes from the barrel of a gun.” A lot of idiots believe that until somebody else with a gun shoots them. The moment before their death the smart one’s start rethinking the whole gun thing. The dumb one’s think “I should have had two guns”.

Who needs guns. Pitchforks and torches were good enough for the peasants and they’re good enough for me, “Kill the monster!”

l’ts interesting…
we group letters together,
make a word…
we look at something,
label it this or that…
which is fine and good,
not to mention normal
this whole bit about government
we, in the united states
tend to shum, communism, marxism,
even socialism.
not from here
so, even if they were to work,
they are unacceptable
to me government is a state of mind
you can label it this, or that, and have people who have been around for a very long time tell you, this or that is good, and reputable, while this or that is not…
lt’s like this
you have one dollar in your pocket
you go to a store
you pick out a card in the greetingcard section
you go to the checkout line
the fact, that you believe and understand,
in your own way,
that that dollar in your pocket is worth something,
and the store believes the same thing,
make that dollar what it is…
in a few seconds,
a greetingcard
as people, we have come a long way
yet by the same token,
and in many ways
we treat our pets better then we treat
our loved ones
but that is another story
upon conception,
a government, such as communism
was not a negative idea…
we sit here
we say, well this country has problems
then someone else will say, ‘yeah but there are places far worse off’
from here it is like a moron claiming to not be an idiot
l don’t know
exactly how to put this,
but l guarantee you that when George Washington, etc.
considered a constitution
they did not, when they inclosed the phrase,
for the people, by the people,
mean
o.k., we are all immagrents, until we smooth over,
then we will take more than we need.
the whole bit is
money is a tool
if you cannot get enough of it,
it will destroy you
