Shorter Horsey (and the bazillion other cartoonists who’ve released essentially the same thing this week): Nations who build bombs because they think they have a right to dominate the world are annoying to nations who build many, many times more bombs because they really do.

And, GK, once we threaten them on international media (bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran) it provides incentive to arm immediately, not to mention sympathy gained from their supporters.
The lessen learned from Iraq is to arm before the U.S. threatens invasion.
