And guns are boring, too… NRA is having trouble with new membershipa since the younger generation would rather play with an iPod than a B.B. gun!

I couldn’t decide to save this as an editorial or regular cartoon. God I hated church when I was a kid.

The Sad part is that there are a LOT of people thinking the same way…

I sympathyse with the kid, but it could have been worse! In French-Canada, the Catholic church had a very proeminent role (more than protestant churches in the Bible Belt right now) up until the 1970’s and until 1964, the mass was said in latin! Sheesh! Wouldn’like to be in my parents place when they were kids…

Oh for cripes TGS! Maybe it’s a look at the idiots that buy into the hateful lies from McSame/Palin.

I love how the buzz words from the right can mean whatever you want whenever you want to serve whatever twisted purpose you may need at that moment: socialist, elitist, extremist… yap yap yap.

Hehe - it’s funny when Obama supporters take exception to the truth - buzz words Scocialist - a member of the socialist democratic party ; muslin - obama quote: “. . .my muslin faith… “; terrorists - close ally of Ayres. All true!

Tis far better to be considered elitist than to be known as one who abides rampant ignorance.

Hey TGS, it’s no jerk off. I grew up in a neighborhood full of these types. God for bid if you were considered anything not the neighborhood norm. KK you wouldn’t know the truth if it bit you in the butt.

Uh, KK, I don’t ever remember Obama worshiping cotton. And do you even know what a Scocialist - or “socialist” - even is for that matter? As for Ayers…that was a long time ago, man. Funny, though, that you righties are so silent on the active treasonous group that Todd Palin belongs to and to whom Sarah Palin gave a warm welcome to just last spring.

TGS- As elitist as the “Anyone-who doesn’t-have-7-houses-is-a-no-life crack-addict” croud?

yeah, that is what a bunch of racist redneck hicks in flyover jesus country think about our Barak. I wouldn’t want to be the pickup truck they will drive around drunk in after they get drunk drinking cheap crappy natural light after Obama wins. I also hope they don’t kicj their birddogs taking out their anger at losing to an African American.

Myself, I’ve spent time in Wisconsin, Illinois, Kansas (stayed at a hotel with a Bob Dole rally once back in the day - they were very welcoming until I politely noted that I was from Massachusetts, but still were willing to have me join. Nice people), Missouri, Minnesota, Colorado, Arizona, Louisiana, Texas, oh, and I can’t even remember them all. Good people everywhere, and many of them are shifting their vote away from McCain.
