    I think comics are fine. They make me laugh. That is what they are meant to do.

    free the ‘word’,do not allow copyrights on the spoken word.
    If you gave a few thousand monkeys wordprocessors they would end up having to go to court on some complaint or other.

    Absolutely. Yet people use them to try to show off their knowledge with long boring explanations of mundane subjects. Hope I’m not doing the that here.

    Ha,! Back in MY day, cartoonists had to walk eight miles in the snow ( uphill, both ways ) to draw their comics.

    And you kids get off my lawn!
