    Americans are already bogged down in debt as it is. The chickens have finally come home to roost and borrowing for menial things doesn’t look so appealing anymore.

    The average American household still saves -1% (negative one percent) of their income…and many are on the breaking point.

    Credit cards are a terrible thing. You will almost always come out better waiting and paying cash. Credit cards are the bear traps that Americans willingly step into, not giving a thought to the jaws waiting to close on them!

    I think most people should use debit cards, at most with one months’ wage worth of overdraft. You shouldn’t spend what you don’t have.
