Dan Wasserman of The Boston Globe is one of America's most refreshing editorial cartoonists. His visual skits - sharp, sly, humorous and memorable, choreographed in one to six frames - show no mercy.

Uh, Oldsmobile went down the tubes some time ago. GM management had a real talent for some time of ridding itself of all the product lines that made money, like electronics, appliances, etc, and their banking efforts GMAC may have been the real key to their demise, just like other “banks” post Reagan.

Speaking of Olds, still got my 2000 Intrigue. It was, and still is a great car. Better than any comparable import, for my money. Maybe a victim of “launch and leave”. Should have sold more of these.

We still have our 1992 Camero and our 1998 Mercury Marquis both run very well.
