The dark secret about Mitt’s tax returns is possibly that he was part of the tax amnesty deal. In other words, it’s hard to convince people to vote for you when you’ve agreed to a plea bargain.

Mitt paid more than he would have owed if he had claimed all his charity donations. His tax rate is on investment income, and it applies to every tax payer who has investment income.
Romney did not need any fictional “tax amnesty deal”…radish posted an outrageous accusation without one shred of evidence or documentation.

Mitt is so far behind in Florida it doesn’t even mitter any more.

Obama should not even notice Bitt the dust again. From this moment on he should be running against the Republican policy of obstructionism for the past 60 years!

I think Obama would be offering a beer and Romney would be offering bonbons and Grey Poupon mustard.

You’re in luck, no one expects accuracy or truthfulness from DemLlibs

Romney could clear up any questions by showing his tax returns.

Speaking of outrageous accusations without evidence, how do you know how much in charitable donations Romney claims on his taxes? He refuses to release the returns.

I am just learning that at least 2 posters here are idiots.
    (radish and Jase99)
It was all over the news and I printed out 3 articles, one was on CNN Money website. Romney released full returns from 2010 and 2011 and summaries of 20 years of returns.
    -
In 2011 Romney paid $1.94 million IRS tax on investment income of $13.7 million with adjustments for $4.7 million itemized deductions and $102,790 foreign tax credits (that he paid overseas to other governments) and Ann and Mitt gave $4 million to charity but only claimed $2.25 million which made the IRS tax more than if they claimed the entire $4 million.
    -
Romney’s effective rate was 14.1%, higher than the 80% of income tax payers who pay below that effective rate.
    -
but I expect this info will not keep you both from continuing to post lies against Romney.

He did NOT release any full return. None of the key supporting statements have been released, including how much money was in the Swiss bank account.
    -
The day after the election, win or lose, Willard can file an ammended return, and claim the entire $4 million.
    -
And no one will ever know.
    -
But, he has nothing to hide, and that’s why he’s hiding them.
    -
Maybe you people have all the information you need to know, but I don’t.

There is a movie fitting to this cartoon called “Swing Vote” where one guy – due to a clerical error – has to decide the election. Pretty funny!

“The dark secret about Mitt’s tax returns is possibly that he was part of the tax amnesty deal.”

Gotta love your “logic.” As long as you say “possibly,” I guess you can make any accusations you want. And “secret” makes those accusations even more true, right?

Possibly, Obama is a secret Muslim who’s going to ban Christianity in 2014. Must be true, since I used both of your words.

Obama’s “gift” would have a rope on it, so he could pull it back once the vote is cast.

“Maybe you people have all the information you need to know, but I don’t.”

And it doesn’t matter how much info you have, it will never be enough. So what?
