Everything thrown out but one small piece, and the supremes signalled that that one piece is probably unconstitutional but they need to wait until someone abused by it challenges it in court… Jan Brewer is as ignorant of law and politics as Michele Bachman. Obama won this one (and the EPA ruling today) 100%.

if the federal government AND the courts protect lllegal aliens inside the USA, no matter which state, and the local police are prevented from checking IDs on stops of speeders or other infractions, we are in at the mercy of aliens who come here not to work at jobs but to smuggle humans into slavery, to smuggle drugs, to find richer victims to steal from…to rob and wound or kill….and the USA is on the slide into ANARCHY.

that is what each SCOFFLAW administration is doing to citizens and taxpayers who deserve and are owed protection by local, state and federal government.

Brewer couldn’t even manage decent audio for her cackling. Or, perhaps that’s what she really sounds like now.

The SCOTUS upheld the most controversial part of the law, and that was giving AZ LEO’s the right to request anyone arrested in AZ to show proof they live in USA legally. The only time AZ LEO’s can ask fro proof of Legal Residency is after the arrest and booking.
This was upheld by a 9 to 0 ruling.

The most controversial aspect of the law remains in place. Law enforcement can ask those who commit crimes to show their paperwork. This was in the law originally, and it was the issue most argued against by “The New Black Panthers are pacifists” Holder. Both claim some victory, but it is apparently still in the air with a split decision. The President has stated he would not cooperate with Arizona upon the legal parts of the documentation, but that also means there will be a record of the number of times the the Federal government under Obama turns its back on immigration. It could create a compelling court case for either side in the future. I do not buy the racial profiling aspect since Latino law enforcement makes up a huge portion of the Arizona police system (roughly 40% according to the Arizona Peace Officers Association). Both Brewer and Obama won. The losers are of course Latinos since Obama still hasn’t done anything to change their status. He merely made an adminsitrative decision not to prosecute. This means that illegal aliens still cannot hold jobs, they cannot get scholarships, the companies that might hire them face huge fines. In essence Obama has done nothing, will the Latinos realize this?

Don’t worry folks, Brewer will screw it up, and the SCOTUS will actually have to render an actual decision, finding that “probable cause” WILL be lacking on enforcement.

Seems more like compromise. It’s legal to ask for papers but they don’t have to leave.

I am glad to hear so many adversaries are happy. The ‘spin doctors’ have done a magnificent job. Does this mean they qualify for a Nobel Peace Prize?

Unfortunately, the Issue remains: ’More people are still coming into the United States and adding to the millions of people and their children that have not received permission to live in the US and The Elected Ones are defecating on all Legal Immigrants ’.

cutting and pasting again? All you have to comment on is the audio quality? And when you answer tigger, you shoot yourself in the foot. Pitiful.

O has already screwed up his part. Cases will inevitably make it to court. There are way too many attorneys needing work that will take a case. Good thing you worked so hard on a law degree to understand what you’re seeing in that crystal ball of yours.

0bama won, which why he immediately penalized Arizona by withholding ICE cooperation . . . .

Ah, the tried and true ad hominem argument. Makes your position so much loftier than those of others.

You lost Brewer, 3 out of 4.
