Daddy’s Home is a contemporary, family comic with an emphasis on the role of the modern father. No other cartoon feature examines domesticity from this uniquely male perspective, while remaining universally appealing to both genders. Through the eyes of a stay-at-home-dad, Daddy’s Home casts a unique light on everyday situations. With biting sarcasm and sharp wit, Peter and a cast of supporting characters, navigate the turbulent waters of modern family life.

I’ts been at my home for 35 years but this year it will be at our daughters! :) I’m bringing the pumpkin and pecan pies.
I think I made fresh pumpkin once. I didn’t think it was worth the trouble. I use canned and I love it. Pretty much my favorite pie.

For the first time we’re to spend Thanksgiving with family that lives in the same town, as a result of our move this year. Know my thankfulness will include the quick trip to the festivities!

I don’t know if I’ve ever had pumpkin pie that wasn’t made from canned filling. Hmmm.

I tryed Alton Brown’s recipe for pumpkin soup list year (cooked in the shell) only to find that my seldom used immersion blender was caput! ; I tryed to salvage it by scraping out the pulp and using regular blender- and this was my first experience with the little sweet pumpkin sold for cooking. It was NOT worth the trouble, but I still love Alton’s recipes.

Depends, really—sometimes a friend’s house. Sometimes at home. Sometime’s a family member’s house. This year, we’re going down to my sister’s house.
