Daddy’s Home is a contemporary, family comic with an emphasis on the role of the modern father. No other cartoon feature examines domesticity from this uniquely male perspective, while remaining universally appealing to both genders. Through the eyes of a stay-at-home-dad, Daddy’s Home casts a unique light on everyday situations. With biting sarcasm and sharp wit, Peter and a cast of supporting characters, navigate the turbulent waters of modern family life.

I was part of the whole free love generation and the current crop of kids are so far ahead of us at any given age that it boggles the imagination.

My older brothers decided they should be the ones to tell me about sex, might have helped if they had actually known anything about it themselves at the time
The one piece of useful information I did get out of them was where our Dad hid his Playboys

This isn’t the oldest one in the book – but it’s close.

Everything! What lives at the bottom of the deepest trenches in the oceans? Can mutated genes be fixed before disease strikes? What is really out there in this vast universe and how does it all work? So many questions and so few answers.
I do dread the TALK with my son though.

re: yesterday and facebook. I liked Daddy’s Home yesterday. I only have 16 friends there – mostly relatives I want to keep up with. Doesn’t sound like the Gocomics crowd are facebookers.

I try to limit my friends on there to folks I have things in common. That means I have very few of my cousins. Each of the groups has some people who are my special friends and I started the Hawks group on my own page because the Cornell forum was closing until the web cams start up in the spring again (never really wanted to be the admin of it, tho – I just did that to try to only let in people truly interested in the birds, but some folks expect me to monitor everything said there – just plain silly! ;-D

Dorry, but I don’t use facebook and I never want to. These comments are the closes I get to social networking. No Twitter, either.
