I dunno…I woke up at 6:30 this morning since it felt like it was 7:30. I think he just forgot to set his alarm clock if he “normally wakes up at 7:00”–unless he meant PM.
It’s funny, my cats seem to understand the time change. We normally feed them at five in the afternoon. They showed up on Sunday waiting to eat at five even after the time changed.

I rarely set an alarm, just manage to wake up about the same time every day.
Time change messes me up for a few weeks.
