    I never lived alone until I was in my 40’s.
    I have found that the word ‘meal’ has a number of definitions.

    Very apt, Dr.T—I do that all the time! carrot sticks, one rice cake with peanut butter, and an apple and cheese…or any other combination of one thing at a time selections. :)

    Jaws2z : i remember those days well but i never could stand the SOS meals [aka - creamed chipped beef on toast]

    left overs are great any time even for lunch the next day

    Refrigerator Stew—NEVER the same thing twice! It was my Mom’s once a week meal made of ALL leftovers. Some of the best cooking that I’ve ever tasted!
